I, also, was completely confused when I first started reading, especially when I read chapter 2. Ed Mitchell's experiment in chapter 1, however, was fascinating (once I waded through all the scientific lingo), and I am still amazed that this is the first time I've heard of this. I mean, positive results for ESP?! However skeptical I may be regarding this information, it's still interesting. And thought-provoking. What if every being in the universe really is connected? In our world of growing technology, we are connected through phones, computers, etc. Maybe we missed how we are really connected: through this "force" of the universe. I hope McTaggart goes into more detail as we read on. It was hard to wrap my head around this concept with only this brief intro.
